Tuna Salad Cucumber Boats – Wild Caught Tuna is high in Niacin (B3)
(Paleo Approved, Keto Approved, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)


  • 3 cans of Wild caught Tuna (great brand: Wild Planet Albacore Tuna, 5 oz can, drain well)
  • ½ cup Primal Kitchen Mayo made with Avocado oil
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 3 Dill pickles, chopped
  • 2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • Small pinch of Salt/Celery salt, black pepper to taste


  1. Combine the wild caught tuna, mayo, green onions, pickles and salt/pepper in a bowl
  2. Slice the cucumbers in rounds
  3. Take a spoonful of Tuna salad and place on top of the cucumbers
  4. Enjoy!
